When the latest Board and Brew location moved in to Del Sur, the general contractor on the job called us in to assess the floors for the sandwich shop’s new location. We worked with a local general contractor whose focus is in the restaurant building industry and knows we take extreme pride in working with other local businesses.

The brand new concrete was a breeze to prep but required a diamond grind followed by patching holes and cracks and finally a second diamond grind to assure the surface was ready for the stain. The crew applied Fast Stain in Grey throughout the restaurants 1150 square foot dining area. To finish, the floor was sealed with EC-11 Epoxy sealer and then SC-67 Clear Polyurethane topcoat.
The Fast Stain system is perfect for interior concrete applications such as restaurants when a low cost, durable and aesthetically-pleasing floor is desired. This low maintenance floor will look great for many years to come!
